POTATO SALAD
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 CUPS cooked and cubed potatos.
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped.
1/2 onion - diced fine.
1/2 cup chopped celery.
3/4 cup "Best Foods Mayonnaise".
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles.
2 Tablespoons sugar.
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed.
1/8 teaspoon pepper - black.
1 1/4 teaspoons salt.
1 Tablespoon "French's Mustard".
1 teaspoon vinegar.
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel, cook then cube the potatos.

Hard boil the eggs then chop.

Combine the following:
:: Salt.
:: Pepper.
:: Sugar.
:: Celery seed.
Mix with the cubed potatos and allow to marinate for a few minutes.

Combine the following:
:: Vinegar.
:: Mustard.
:: Mayonnaise.
:: Chopped sweet pickles.
:: Diced onion.
:: Chopped celery.
Mix ingredients well.

Fold in the chopped hard boiled eggs last.

Chill well.

Makes 4-5 servings.
